Meet Rita
This beautiful five-year-old Podenco has a truly special story. With her dainty frame and gentle spirit, Rita is as striking as she is sweet.
She came to us after being found heavily pregnant and alone in the campo. By the time our sanctuary team reached her, she had already started giving birth — and went on to deliver six incredible puppies, all of whom have since been adopted into loving homes.
Now it’s Rita’s turn. After being such a devoted mama, she’s ready to be the one who’s cared for. She deserves a peaceful, loving home where she can finally relax and enjoy life.
