Description
Unfortunately, due to Isaac ´sfamilies situation, we are now looking for a new home for him.
He is the most beautiful and gentle soul when he trusts you and I want to find him his final forever home with no more changes or upheaval.
He is around 7 years old and is an Anatolian shepherd breed.
He is a calm dog who prefers peace and personal space and doesn’t want any drama.
He doesn’t particularly enjoy the company of other dogs, especially other large dogs, but tolerates smaller dogs if they do not disturb him.
On the leash walking, he doesn’t react to other dogs at all. He walks very nicely on the leash without pulling.
He is strongly territorial as this is his breed trait, and does not want unknown people onto his property/ land.
He has never shown interest in indoor living, he is an outdoor dog. He was initially afraid of indoor spaces, now a bit more relaxed.
He definitely needs his own fenced outdoor space to run freely.
He doesn’t really play with toys, but sometimes gets playful, runs around chasing you or uses his paws/ body gently in play.
He doesn’t love cars, but once in, he travels well.
He can be startled easily at loud noises and sudden movements, but this is quite normal for rescue dogs.
He likes attention and petting, especially belly rubs.He also likes to be brushed.
He eats regular food, nothing special; loves chicken above all.
Isaac is such a beautiful and wonderful dog, and people fall in love with him once they get to know him.
He is like a big Buddha — a beautiful-souled, deep and calm dog with a truly special energy.
He is just amazing.
