Description
Sadly, after the passing of her owner this beautiful 4 year old Akita named Akira is now looking for a new home filled with peace, love, calmness, affection and respect.
She is a noble Japanese breed, extremely loyal, sensitive, and deeply attached to her human.
She spent her life with just one owner, whom she adored, and is now going through the grieving process.
I went to see her today, and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and loving she already was towards me.
She definitely needs calm energy and prefers females.
In the last few weeks, she has been lovingly cared for by her “aunt” (her owner’s sister), with whom she has built a strong emotional bond.
She is so cute, affectionate, can be protective, and is playful when she feels safe .
She likes to walk and run and definitely has a strong mind of what she likes and doesn’t like.
She’s also clever and responds to commands for treats.
The ideal home for her would be a house with a private garden (or if no garden, places to walk with her a few times per day), with a stable and loving family that have financial stability.
We’re looking for a home with no young children and no other dogs as they can all be too much for her.
Also with people who understand the special psychology of this breed and are willing to love and accept her the way she is.
She is not suited for someone without experience or for those looking for just a pretty dog.
She is ideal for someone who wants a loyal, quiet life companion and is ready to love her and understand her.
She will be given with all the love and support of her auntie during the adaptation period, and follow up if desired.
Location: preferably Marbella and surrounding areas.
She is spayed and fully healthy.
She can be left up to around maximum 6 hours per day, she likes to chill, sleep, eat, walk and cuddle and she likes the groomers,
She is such a beautiful and adorable girl who will make a new owner very happy.
She will also need a PPP license here in Spain but we can help sort this.
